All born again children of God are " saints". You don't have to earn it.
See Romans 1:7, 1st Corinthians 1:2 2nd Corinthians 1:1 Ehesians 1:1
Philippians 1:1 Colossians 1:2 Philemon 1:7 God does not look only upon certain men or women to be special. Maranatha!

Many christians are living in condemnation. This should not be so. Who do you think should have had the greatest condemnation but became one of the greatest men of God. I believe it was the apostle Paul, who as Saul persecuted the christians and watched as Stephen was stoned to death.
Paul had to have a miraculous thing happen to him for him to convert to christianity. You know the story, but do you realize the condemnation he could have carried around with him? But Paul cast off this condemnation and began serving the Lord with all his heart and strength. In Romans 8:1
he wrote, "There is therefore, no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
So I say to you, stop living in condemnation and be free. Walk in the Spirit and not after the flesh. God bless you all. Maranatha!!

When I worked in D.C., I delivered the following letter to one thousand people in Georgetown, D.C.. Every Friday at lunchtime I walked the streets and placed these at the front door of houses. It was a joy to do this.

Letter To A Friend

You don't know me and I don't know you. Nevertheless, I am compelled to write this letter to you. For thirty-five years of my life, not one person ever witnessed to me, handed me a Bible tract, or invited me to church. If I had died, I would have been in hell. Please allow me to share some life-saving news with you. Jesus Christ died on a cross, a horrible, excruciating death to pay for your sins. He was buried, but rose on the third day. Because Jesus did this, you can have eternal life. This was God's only plan of salvation. If you will believe this and accept what Jesus did for you, you will not go to hell. If you deny what Jesus did, you will perish. This is the plain, simple gospel. The news is that you don't have to die in your sins. Simply tell God in your own way that you are sorry for your sins and that you accept Jesus as your saviour. Then let God guide your path. The Holy Spirit of God will lead you to someone who will help you learn more about God. I hope I see you in heaven. God bless you!

John 3:16 - " For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whomsoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

"For behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For by fire and by his word will the Lord plead with all flesh and those slain by the Lord shall be many"
Isaiah 66 verses 15 and 16      Maranatha!

WHY BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE

By specific request of an old high school era friend, I am going to try to answer the following question: “Why do bad and tragic things happen to good people?”  This question has been and still is a stumbling block to many people who cannot receive God if he allows or condones these things.  I told my friend that I would seek the Holy Spirit for guidance on answering this question.  There is no simplistic answer and I didn’t want to give a shallow and weak answer.

The following is my response to this question:

God is a spirit and creator of all creation.  One of His creations was Lucifer who was an archangel.  Unbelievably Lucifer sinned by allowing his pride to think he could be as God.  In this case, Lucifer exhibited his own will.  God didn’t strike him dead, but banished him from heaven.  Lucifer then was given authority over the earth and he is now referred to as Satan (adversary).

The second part of the story is Adam and Eve who lived a blessed life in the garden of Eden.  But Eve was tempted and Adam went along with her and allowed Satan to cause them to sin against God.  Thus, the earth was cursed and mankind suffered.

Many terrible things happened for hundreds of years and God decided to provide prophets in the land and revealed to the people that if they were faithful to his ordinances and commandments He would be faithful to them and heal their land.  Over the next hundreds of years man obeyed and then disobeyed God.  Therefore God was angered and bestowed His wrath upon them.  God is sovereign, righteous, and just.

God’s plan was to send a Savior to the world and all who believed on Him could be saved and have eternal life.  Many believed and received that Savior (Jesus).  Some were close followers of Jesus and were disciples.  Even though these people, called christians were good people they were killed by those who felt threatened by them, so called religious men.  You might wonder why did God allow these early christians and apostles to die for their faith, tough question isn’t it?  But God had a plan and these martyrs of the faith died and are now in heaven with no pain, no sorrow, no sickness, no worries, only peace and indescribable joy.  Many others came to the Lord because of these martyrs.

Today Satan is the god of this world and causes many tragic events, and sorrows on this earth.  But God still has a plan for this earth and mankind.  Many will be saved and receive eternal life.  Sadly far, far more will not be saved and face eternal damnation.

As Christians we must not think in the natural but in the spiritual. (Read 1Corinthians 2: 9-16).  The Bible says “all things work together for good to those who love God.”  A christians’ reward is eternal life with God.  We must trust Him in all things.  God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son to die on a cross to save all those who would believe on Jesus  This is a powerful example of something terribly bad happening to someone so good and innocent.  Yet, God allowed this sacrifice to be made for you and I.  Could there be anything else to compare with this?  I think not.  Our responsibility is to live the best life we can, trust the Lord, and love God with all our heart, soul, and mind.

I hope this will help someone.

God Bless,

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2Timothy 3:1-13

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that you may KNOW that you have eternal life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God. 1John 5:13

Have faith in God. For truly I SAY unto you, whosoever shall SAY unto this mountain (problem, situation, etc.) be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he SAITH shall come to pass, he shall have whatever he SAITH. (Mark11:23) God SAID "Let there be light and there was light. (Genesis 1:3)

There is 6.5 to 7 billion people on earth. Broad (wide) is the path that leads to destruction (hell) and many are on that path. Narrow is the path that leads to eternal life and few are on that path. (Matthew 7:13-14) This is sad and tragic. What can you and I do to cause more people to get on the narrow path? "Wise is he or she that winneth souls". Don't be a spectator, get in the game of soulwinning.
God bless you all!

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a "peculiar" people (people of His own, chosen). that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (1Peter 2:9)

Christianity is not a religion or a philosphy, it is the truth. God manifested Himself on earth in the flesh as a human being named Jesus who died on a cross to save the world from their sin. Today many people are "evolving" into immoral and ungodly principles that are directly contrary to the word of the Living God. God will deal with this land in due course.

Beware lest any man spoil (lead you away from the truth) through philosophy and vain deceit, after the traditions of men, after the rudiments (principles) of the world, and not after Christ. (Colossians 2:8)

Fifty million plus little souls never got a chance to live on earth, but will live forever in heaven. Those who allowed them to die will continue to live on this earth, but will not live forever in heaven. This isn't political, but is the righteous truth.

Faith is the substance (assurance, expectation) of things hoped for, the evidence (conviction) of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 Without faith it is impossible to please God. God expects us to have faith and when we do He is truly pleased.

Heaven = No tears, no sorrows, no pain, no fear, no worries, no poverty, no loneliness, no evil. Are you going to be there? If so, invite someone else. Maranatha.

For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appeareth for a moment and then vanishes away. Rejoice in that our next life is eternal and will never vanish away. Maranatha!!!!!

Eternity is not a long time. Eternity is eternal (FOREVER). There is no time in heaven as we know it, Can you imagine that?
